What is Whole Body Cryotherapy?

Whole-body cryotherapy is a cryogenic therapy where you expose your body to very cold temperatures for a short period of time.

How does it work?

Once you arrive, you are directed to our Cryo Room. We provide soft robes, footwear, and protective gloves. One of our certified technicians will be in the room with you the whole time you are in the Chamber, walking you through the process. Once your session is complete, your technician will exit the room and you'll be able to change back into your clothing.

What is the Infrared Sauna?

Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health.

How does it work?

Our Infrared Sauna is "Full Spectrum" which means it includes Far, Mid & Near Infrared light technologies. Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength, and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization.

Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue increasing circulation, releasing oxygen to reach injured areas.

Far infrared is the longest wavelength which penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aid in weight-loss.
